Q: Hello! Does this actually look blue when used? The picture here looks soooo dark... almost like black.

Yes, it is a very dark blue. But it goes on easy and looks really good when finished. It does not look black. I would definitely purchase it again.

Q: Can you use this paint over store bought painted cabinets

I would think so. I used it over a stained finish. Just prep the surface thoroughly by scuffing the existing paint to give something for the new paint to bite on

Q: Can you use this on wood cabinets that already have paint on them?

I’m currently having to do major touch ups after one year because the people who painted our cabinets used this and didn’t sand.
