Will it work on cockroaches?

There is an Advion product for Roaches, separate product. Don't believe the ant product would work on cockroaches - Amazon sells a similarly-packaged gel product for Roaches. I'm so happy with the ant product from Syngenta/Advion that if I DID have roaches, I'd immediately buy the Advion Roach product!

Is this safe to use on window sills where cats sit?

I don’t have a cat, but I do put it right under the window sill on the inside and I also put some on the outside of the window sill. Most cats just sit at the window and don’t usually like around it, so I would say it’s safe. It has no strong odor.

How often do you need to add more? Does it dry out in a couple days or do you just add more when gone?

The ants will eat it-all of it. U can add more when it’s gone. How quickly that happens will depend on how many ants. Only time it won’t be eaten and it’ll dry to a semi hard consistency will be if u put in an area w no ants. Put it only where ants are coming from, rather than tons all over. U don’t want to attract more ants in, just the ones already there.

Will this work for Carpenter ants?

Yes, this product is labeled for Carpenter ants.
