GymPad 12 Week Fitness Workout Planner - Premium Quality 16in x 23in Wall Chart Poster

The wall poster is a great tool to keep yourself motivated because you can hang it where you see it everyday and it challenges you to stick with what you start. I love it, because I like to measure everything. The only downside to this product is that it is simply made out of paper and is not coated, so you can't use it over and over like some wall calendars. It's relatively inexpensive so I will definitely be buying more.

I would have given this 5 stars but it is so thin, I could have made this myself. The size and concept of this is perfect but it is thin, like regular printer paper. I expected this to be thicker, like poster board. I feel like it will rip if I move it to a new spot on my wall. I also wish there were more color options. The color is not a deal breaker but red doesn't match my decor colors. I plan on laminating this and doing dry erase. Overall, this poster is great and it is the only one like it, that I have seen.

Better to buy one that is already Laminated. This one is not.

This is a great product. I could not use it for a long time as I moved but I have it in saved. I can't wait to use it again.

I like it so far, and as the description states this is no laminated. I took it to staples and had it laminated works well with Expo erasable markers.The measurements are nice. I am working on an excel w/s to transfer and see my progress.

This is perfect! I added this in my workout room and it keeps me on track with my progress and my workouts. I love the separation of body parts (Chest, Back, Legs, Shoulders, Arms and Cardio) and it makes it easy to make sure you really work on all of the areas you need to work on. I am using the laminated workout posters from NewMe Fitness in combination. It also has a great table for measurements so you can see your improvements on one glance.

The layout is awesome. And it suits my love of checklists, so that helps motivate me to use it.

While I liked this, it would be much better if it were laminated. I'd pay $3-$5 more for a laminated version. It's much smaller than I thought it would be, but that's my own fault for not really reading the description.
