the product came in good condition, but the reason for my rating is that no size is presented in the specifications. The result is that the product, although was in a new condition, was smaller than expected and therefore cannot accommodate my pipe. Now that i built it, i can not return it and cannot use it either.

Its good for maximum 5 meters of think hose. If you role up 25 meters, like I did, it does not work at all. Not made for heavy load.
