Q: Can the ice pack be used as a lid for one of the containers? I'd like to use them seperately to get more salad into the bottom.

The ice pack doesn't have the latch the lid would but it holds a good amount of salad. In the picture The part with tomato is an insert but it doesn't come with its own lid.

Q: Can I just order the topping tray?

No. It only comes as part of the set

Q: How many ounce is the container? It said 5 cups but I want to see how many ounce is it so that I can compare it with other container...
