Nursery where I bought highly recommended. Does work great. Terrible odor so,I mix,outside.

No seal inside bottle.
When I opened the bottle there was no seal. So I just don't know if it's safe to use...Maybe they dont use seals but almost all liquids come with one so for something like this to not have one is unsettling. Was ready to try it out on my baby Cactus but now I don't know if it's safe to use.
