Q: Do they have latex? The description says Latex free but the syle suggests there is latex.

I have not used these in quite some time but I do believe there is a bit of latex in these. I went with something soft and firm in a resistance band, but if these work for you, I would say go ahead and use them. When I first used them, they were strong and resilient and worked very well. Hope this answers your question.

CLX bands complement my exercise program well

These looped therabands are great for strength and resistance exercises. The loops come in handy to grip if you have issues with your hands and cannot grip with a closed fist. I had started with the green band but some exercises were a challenge that I thought I'd benefit more going back to red and then increasing to green over time. The bands can be washed easily in soapy water and hung to dry.I follow an online program of exercises but the included CLX Bands website and app provide simple exercises anyone can do.
