Ideas Are All Around

I've read where folks say this is not really a child's book but I disagree. Yes, at first it seems geared to the adult but it also inspires children to actually see that the every day things we usually ignore/take for granted are worthy of our attention.

This is a very nice book. I gave it to my 5 year old granddaughter and she really likes it. The pictures are nice and the concept is different from a normal childrens book.

I bought this to read to my 4 year old. The story itself is about the author taking his dog for a walk. It is a little cerebral and certainly not a traditional children's story or told like a children's story but my daughter keeps asking for it. The book seems to make my daughter think and be reflective. It been a very nice addition to our library.
