Seem to be very good quality. Clarity is good. Judging by picture I thought they would a bit larger but size is fine.

I needed some readers right away because I recently lost a couple of pairs...you know. ya need one in the car, one at the desk, one at work. :) When they arrived I was pleasantly surprised to see how clear they are. They are plastic frames and lenses, but feel very solid. I have always preferred wire frames, but these are nice and comfortable. I love the snap of the spring loaded hinges. They hug your temples nicely and close back up firmly when not in use. The magnification selection is outstanding. I like the higher power readers and have ya noticed anything over +2.75 is just doesn't seem to be available in stores anymore. I recommend these glasses to anyone looking for good quality readers.

I rarely write reviews but these reading glasses deserve a shout out! The lenses are good quality (no distortion). I need 3.5 strength reading glasses which can be hard to find in drug stores and, when ordered online, are often low quality. I'm hard on readers -- slip them in my coat or jeans pocket without a case, etc., but these hold up reasonably well (this is my second 3-pack) and, most importantly, they magnify without distorting.

these work fine for occasional use. the frames will crack, then the lenses fall out. I'd gladly pay more for something that would hold up better

My wife faced the problem of getting new glasses for presbyopia. After reading the opinions of many clients,we ordered some from TruVision that were moderately higher in correction than what she's had for a number of years, also bought "over the counter". Soon thereafter we had a letter from Erin encouraging us to report any anomaly in the ordering process or in the quality of the readers, as many other clients have reported. We then reasoned that since over-the-counter readers could not correct for astigmatism or for interpupillary distance it would be better to see an optometrist and get some glasses following a prescription. So we proceeded to return the TruVision glasses and continued to get the prescribed ones with high hopes of achieving something closer to real need, albeit at a much higher price. It wasn't so simple, because astigmatism is not always an impairment that needs a correction (nor does interpupillary distances) in reading glasses. It turned out that the prescribed glasses were not a real improvement compared to "over the counter" fare. So, we proceeded to return the prescribed glasses. After this return, based on our previous experience with TruVision we were able to refine our purchase and ordered a new set of readers from them. We were reassured by our previous experience with TruVision to know that we would receive sturdy, good looking glasses that we could return if there was a hint of a problem of any kind. To that we should add that having tree pairs is just fine for people of our age who have trouble remembering where they have placed their glasses. As previously, the readers we promptly received look good and firm. Their gradations in diopters seem at least close to the real figures, so we are very happy with our acquisition, the reception from TruVision and the process of selection.

I purchased these reading glasses for my brother who is in a nursing home. He reads every day, so these glasses get a good workout. They hold up to the task. The only problem is other people like to borrow them and not return them. But because the cost is very reasonable, I just buy more.
