I was surprised with the results. This tea really helped with my anxiety. My mom was like: get “siete azares”. I was a bit skeptical, but Mexican moms know their remedies.

A friend recommended it as a sleep aid. She told me to steep it for 7 minutes and drink it in the evening and that it helped her get and stay asleep. I have lots of problems with sleep and don't like to take Ambien frequently and benedryl makes me crazy and is also tough on the kidneys so I gave this a try. It smells awful. It doesn't taste that terrible. It does seem to be relaxing and I feel like I am sleeping better with it. It isn't magic like a sleeping pill. zonk. But my sense is that I sleep better with it. Enough so, that I am on my second box.

You can get this at the dollar store. Great tea to calm you down and give you a good night of sleep.

Best sleep I had in a while. I always used two per cup. Unfortunately my body adapted quickly and didn't work anymore. I'll keep the 5 star rating because they did their job and this is mainly a personal issue. I usually flush my system out and I'll try them again after a while and they'll work.

I really enjoy the tea when I purchased three years ago, unfortunately the taste has changed. Please brng back the original flavor. I will purchase this item any time soon.

This is the most soothing tea I've ever had. I was upset when I couldn't find it in stores. Finding it on Amazon is a blessing. I prefer making it in milk with honey for a creamier drink. Making it in water with a little milk is also good.
