For years no matter what I tried I almost always had a 'food coma' after my evening meals and slept anywhere from 1 to 4 hours and would 'wake up' groggy. Very frustrating, didn't matter if I ate healthy or I ate junk food. Took 2 capsules of EE and NO FOOD COMAS!!! Don't know why but it works for me, if you have the same issue I hope it works for you. If you cannot digest fats and meats very well, it's like the pancreas, which I experienced a while back. After researching to death, I determined I MUST continue to take enzymes. This one is the best, period. When I skip or stop, I'm almost right back where I started. The minute I get gas problems, I'm right back on these, and they DO solve the problem. I HOPE my body will begin to produce the enzymes again in the future, but meantime, this solution is fantastic!
