Great value! Please read regarding missing parts!! They really are there!
I am thrilled with this purchase so far. I got this house for my granddaughters during the pandemic. Since they can't go to the playground, they needed something to play with that's outside. I read a lot of the reviews regarding missing parts, but I decided to take a chance anyway because I really thought this playhouse was a much better value than regular playhouses that are literally just shells.Upon opening the box I was disappointed to find out that I "thought" I was missing parts and was so upset and devastated since my granddaughter was with me to put this together. However, I ended up finding the parts that I thought were missing because they were TUCKED INSIDE ONE OF THE BOTTOM GREY BASES of the house. The only reason I found the parts was because I knocked over the bottom wall when setting it down and they fell out. So I'm sure that a lot of the people who are saying they are missing parts may find them if they look underneath! What's funny is one of the reviews was missing the exact parts that I found inside the framework so everybody should just check underneath their playhouse to see if the parts they thought were missing are actually inside the gray walls that are part of the base.My granddaughter loves it. It's so cool how the solar lights light up at night. And for those who reviewed the lights did you really read the directions on how to use them? You have to hold the button until it blinks twice to activate it. As I said, so far we absolutely love this. It's a much better value than just an empty frame of a playhouse. I love the accessories that come with it as well as the different aspects of teaching about recycling. But what's really fun is that they can just use their imagination and use the recycling baskets for a pretend grocery store or whatever they come up with! There's just so much to do here!

A Year Later and Still Great!
My son is two and loves playing with watering cans, digging in my garden and of course playhouses. So this looked like a win-win-win. I am happy to report it lived up to all expectations.Durability - it lived outside all winter and held up just fine (no cracks, fading or morphing).Functionality - everything works as it should (doorbell dings, door opens, sink pumps). The sink pump is a little hard to push down but my son manages with two hands.Garden - the planter does not have drainage, so if you’re planning to put flowers there, it was super easy to drill a few holes. The jug collects rain water from the gutter rather quickly. My son holds his watering can under the spout and then “gives his flowers a drink”.All in all, a whimsical addition to the backyard and you can’t beat the cute-factor!

In Love
Love this playhouse. There were some parts missing, but even during the pandemic, Little Times was quick to get the parts out. I love the “green” aspects that teach little ones about recycling, planting, watering, and caring for the environment.

Missing Piece (found) and Wonky
Seeing some of the other reviews, out of the box we checked all the pieces and also saw we were missing a piece. One of the arches for the roof. My husband assembled it up until that point. As we picked it up to move it, the arch miraculously fell out of the gray wall. It fit in there perfectly, so if you’re missing a piece, check the gray walls! It’s adorable, but one of the gray pieces has a big lip that wasn’t cut from the mold making it lift off the ground too high. It makes the whole frame wonky and causes the door to rub when it opens and closes. The lid to the water tank doesn’t sit on there perfectly. Assembly took a couple hours and some of the holes didn’t line up. You’d really expect a brand like Little Tikes to get it perfect, but overall it’s a cute playhouse and is a good value.

Lots of fun features
My two year old plays in the house everyday. We've had kids over that are 5 and 6 years old and they all love playing with it too. The blue water collection "barrel" is one of the favorite features. Playing with the spout and filling up cups with water seems to be a hit. The sink really having water, real door bell and mailbox are all features that the kids point out and play with most.A couple things that I'm not thrilled with:- having to clean inside the water barrel, sink and brown "flower planting" containers/area. It is very easy to take apart the sink and water barrel. I've had it for 3 or 4 months and there hasn't been a need to clean it. But I'm guessing it will get grimy and gross if water just sits stagnant in them. The brown planting area has grown some alge.- the brown flower planting area has a plug on the bottom of one side (side where the spout from water barrel comes out). It would be nice if they both did because they both get filled up with water. I can't imagine really planting something there. At least not with my 2 year old.Overall it's great quality and has been a lot of fun for my daughter.

Cute, but maybe not worth the price
This is a cute playhouse but was in less than stellar condition when it arrived.-I assembled this myself in a little over an hour. I did use a power screwdriver as there are not ore drilled holes everywhere you need to screw, and I left out a couple screws in the roof.-a few pieces arrived broken: the prongs to hold the shovel by the water barrel was missing one prong, a piece of the gutter was cracked, the sink doesn't pump, I can't get the light to turn on, and several pieces were warped enough from being packaged that assembly was very challenging-there is ample room for my 2 year old and she even crammed her grandma in there with her-the toy cell phone was particularly enchanting for my kid-watering can is a cute bonus-the little garden spot needs holes drilled for drainage-the windows provide a LOT of room for imaginative play. I have been served a LOT of Happy Meals from this playhouse!I paid for this using rewards from my health insurance program or I probably would have exchanged it for another.
