Yes fragrance free I checked my jar at home to confirm same product match. I am highly sensitive to fragrances so this product is great for that.

Is this same type as Curel ultra healing?

Not sure, I have never used Curel. I actually ordered the wrong thing, this is lotion and I wanted the creme. The creme performs great for patches of dryness. The lotion is more like a heavier hand creme.
