Like the individual ones better because you need a spoon or scoop and it gets messy and is heavy.

The Gatorade Lemon Lime is my favorite flavor. I prefer the powder since I have my own powder to water ratio. It is getting harder to find the powder Gatorade Lemon Lime in my local stores and finding the 50.9 oz size is impossible so buying from Amazon is my only option. I've tried the other flavors of Gatorade, but I always find myself coming back to the Lemon Lime. If Gatorade decides to discontinue this flavor, I'd be in distress since my workouts won't be the same without it.

As mentioned, above, the powdered Gatorade arrived expired by almost three months. When I tried to return this item, I received a message that it could not be returned. I am not a happy camper.
