Worth it . For those who have Lactose intolerance

I'm happier than a horse in a hay field! I can't consume dairy products made from cow's milk unless I take one of these; I have some kind of allergy to a protein in cow's milk, but these practically solve any problem I have with dairy! I can freely eat my fave cheese, ice cream, cereal, etc without a care in the world, thanks to NOW Diary Digest supplements. Today, I ate enough cake to feed a family of four, and a couple of these pills solved all my issues with the cream-cheese icing and complimentary ice cream scoop. I've only been taking these for 4 days, but have to say 'wow'. I'm not lactose intolerant - no problem with that at all. We believe its caseins or whey that is bothering me. Whatever it is, this helps it tremendously. I take first dose with coffee because I put cream in it. IDK if its the fat in dairy, or the casein, but whatever it is helping me digest, its working wonders so far! If I don't update, consider this an ongoing success.
