My boyfriend bought this last year to help with his anxiety and it's just been sitting in the cabinet every since. He enjoyed it, but no longer needed it. I've been dealing with a lot of stress recently, which has severely impacted my sleep. I decided to make what is called "Moon Milk" last night and WOW! I haven't felt that relaxed in years. My body felt light and it's like all of the stress was melting away. I fell asleep so quickly and actually stayed asleep for the most part! If I did wake up throughout the night, I managed to fall right back to sleep!! Moon Milk recipe: Simmer 1 cup of milk of choice on low until warm. Add ashwagandha, 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon, 1/4 tsp ground ginger and a pinch of nutmeg. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes while whisking occasionally. Don't allow the milk to boil! Just a nice simmer. After 5 minutes, add desired amount of honey or maple syrup (I used honey) to a mug, pour in milk and stir. Enjoy! It's like a little dessert right before bed and I've been thinking about it all day! Highly recommend!!

Nice product easy to use!

Nothing bad can be said about this product. My husband said it's the best thing I have ever bought on Amazon. Within 3 weeks my mood changed significantly. I was known for raising my voice and at times throwing things out of anger. I have a high stress and physically demanding job. My husband has told me I'm 95 % calmer than he has ever seen me, we've been together over 30 years so that's saying a lot. While I still get frustrated I handle it much better. Thanks to this product my family no longer has to tell me to calm down. I add 1/3 of a teaspoon to my coffee every morning. I would definitely recommend this.

This made me so bloated that it was actually painful. It was so bad, that I had to quit taking it. I stopped taking it immediately so I did not see any immediate benefit.

Ashwagandha Root powder with all the benefits and no gross taste. This smooth, silky powder goes down easily when added to morning oatmeal, smoothies, etc. I was hesitant to try a powder over capsule and even had plans to fill gelatin capsules if the product was too gritty or had an off putting taste. To my delight, it add healthful benefits with no aftertaste or alteration to any food. I have definitely noticed when I do not use it regularly, as I have a higher stress life caring for a child with special needs and juggling other daily life demands. Product lasts much longer than I expected. I’ve yet to need to repurchase. Super pleased and will buy again.

This stuff is worth its weight in gold. It is very calming at bedtime, mixed in hot water with honey. Love it.

PACKAGE SERVING SIZE IS ONLY 58 servings!

Has anyone actually counted the amount of servings you get from one jar? Because there is no way there is 72 servings. I’m not even 2 weeks in and it seems I am almost halfway through using the 1/4 teaspoon. Not heaping, and purposely less than full. I hope this isn’t a case of false advertising..
