Great product and easy to install. Fits most of the doors and the gold color is outstanding.

Not good for use in cold climate region!
This unit has several weaknesses. It's the HARFO Fingerprint Door Lock, Keyless Entry Door Lock with Touchscreen and OLED Display. First, it doesn't identify proper fingerprints; it accepts ALL fingerprints as the secure one. Yes, anyone can get permission to enter your home by simply placing their finger on the fingerprint reading pad. Secondly, if it gets any colder than 15 degrees F, the door lock indicates that it needs new batteries, regardless how many NEW batteries are installed. Thirdly, it will malfunction in the cold and will not allow the bolt to automatically open. You're forced to insert a key to operate the bolt.

The customer support is excellent.
I purchased this door lock in late 2022 and just recently installed it in Jul 2023. It seems the program in the lock itself is corrupted and it didn't work as per the manual. I asked for help with clips of video with the problems. Anna Wang from HARFO responded. She replied the next day and tell me that She is sending a new unit to my office. In about 1.5 weeks, the new lock arrived. I installed the lock and it works fine. I want to express my appreciation for the service and product support. Sam.

Lasted about a year!
It's an excellent door lock and extremely easy to use. You just have to make sure you check the batteries. I had an issue with mine and their customer service helped me immediately "Anna Wang" had excellent customer service.
