Q: Are the glass weights and the silicone lids dishwasher safe?

I believe they are, but I actually prefer to hand wash especially the lids since food can get stuck in the nipple area.

Q: Do they come for regular size mason jars ?

Not that I know of, wide mouth is what I get and normally see.

Q: What material are the lid gaskets and grommets?

Silicone, I believe. This is a very nice set if you do any fermenting or are just starting out.

Q: Some users said the weights have no handle to grab but the photo shows a grip handle. Which is correct?

If you zoom in on that picture you will see a little raised ridge down the middle of the weight. It's very difficult to grab. But the weights work very well.
