Doesn't seem to relieve pain, but I only wanted it to soak onto towel, wrap around neck, go work in yard. That it did do well.

I have rheumatoid and Osteo arthritis and I warm this up a little and rub it on and there is such relief. Especially at night when the aches are strongest.
