This book is a must for any SENCO leaders within education. I have found it extremely useful within my workplace and it is a constant go to when I am dealing with any issue in school. It has all of the up to date research and documentation .Sarah Denham- Martin astounds me with her knowledge and understanding of the SENCO role.I would definitely recommend any of her books!
