Received this in the box that had the lid torn open and then taped closed. When I took it out of the box the actual product container was intact and had not been tampered with. BUT... I was not able to get the pump working. It is made to be twisted and then it is supposed to pop up so that it can be pumped. The pump does not pop up no matter how much it is twisted in either direction. Possibly someone bought it hence the lid of the product box torn open and then they were unable to get it to pump and it was returned and then sent to me to try to figure out. Unable to open to even try this product out! Sending back for a working container!

I love the Furterer line. Although this product is dynamite at "replumping" and making my hair feel fuller, it was drying and caused dandruff for the first time in my life.

LOVE this conditioner!!

My new hairstylist uses this product and i love the results so much after a single treatment that i bought some for home use.
