Xmas gift worn very briefly now one piece now broken gift received on the 26 th and broke in the 27 th do I return it or request another?

Not quite what I expected but then again I'm not much of a bracelet person. I've just hung them up for decoration now but I do like the variety and for a bit I did wear the silver one with an 'S'

I'm a big Harry Potter fan and Slytherin is my favorite house if only for Snape, and I collect bracelets so I was really excited to find this. I'm giving it three stars only because the house charm broke off the beaded bracelet literally seconds after me taking it out of the package, and while I was able to fix it, I hate to think of if it had fallen off while I was at work or something, I'd never have found it. Two of the braces are too big for my wrists but I'm sure I'll find a use for them. Overall, I'm glad to have it and would recommend it and just say be mindful of charms falling off, be careful to check for them or you might actually lose them.

I wanted to love this but the only ones small enough to fit are the sliver one with the green rope and the thin green Metal one. The rest are way to big. I think I can fix the green bead one if I cut it and just make it smaller. I am and adult I'm not sure how this would ever fit a kid! The silver one with the snake charm is way huge!!! Maybe I can put the snake charm in something else.

My granddaughter (age 12) really loved this bracelet. It looked great and fit well. Within a few weeks of wear, pieces started coming apart. As of today, there's nothing left to the bracelet.
