There’s lots to like about this tent, from the ease of set up and take down, to how lightweight and portable it is. It would function best for those babies who are less than 9 months or toddlers who are ok with self-play. When my daughter hit 10 months, she started trying to break out (which is impossible because there is only an outside-facing zipper, which is one the the most ingenious things about the design of thisproduct). Since her subsequent break out attempts, I’ve noticed that the mesh material that forms the bug barrier and the majority of the tent has a few minor holes. Given how much we paid for this and that they’re marketing it to babies/toddlers, I would expect better quality. It’s very strange because the rest of the construction, from the tent supports to the stitching seems top-notch, so I have no idea why they would falter with the quality of material. Still, I would recommend this product. We used it during the summer while our daughter was small and it was fantastic. Just be weary of when your kids get more mobile.

This has been ideal for outdoor activities with my preschooler and toddler. My toddler isn’t interested to join us in our gardening most days so this was just what I needed. Easy pop and set up, toss water bottle and toys in, and she was happy to hang out while we worked in the garden. Then take down was really fast and easy(once you figure out where to grab to grip). Storage is fabulous and compact, and attachment to our veer wagon makes for easy transportation.

I would give it 3 1/5 stars if I could, given issues with quality. The tent is as advertised with its utility and ease of use. Pops up and goes down as easy as they say. Everything is easy to fit back into the bag and its great to attach to the veer wagon. We have enjoyed our wagon and all our accessories, this tent being a great addition to all of this.That being said, we got the basecamp and set it up right away only to find a few of the mesh screen panels with little holes. After emailing Veer, their customer service team responded right away with a replacement tent. Although there were no tears in the new tent, the same areas in the mesh screen show potential for wholes to form down the road. Odd that it was in the same exact locations but seems to be a defect in a new product, which is unfortunate given the price point (A small screen patch fixes it however).Overall, I still think Veer products are of high quality and this might be some early run quality issues of the tent. The customer services experience was nothing short of outstanding and ultimately the tent is going to work, just might let a few more bugs in then it was designed to. Looking forward still to what Veer comes up with next.
