TP-Link Jetstream

Dopo un po' di tempo che lo uso, lo considero ottimo, l'unica cosa per cui ho dato una stella in meno e che ha una piccola e silenziosa ventola di raffreddamento. Sicuramente è un pregio, ma se si fosse potuto costruire un apparecchio senza parti meccaniche in movimento sarei stato più contento. Il mio pensiero è che comunque la ventola potrebbe avere una vita più corta dello stesso apparecchio e che il calore dissipato finisce nel RAC (armadietto di ferro con router ed altri switch) contribuendo a scaldare il micro ambiente.

Der SG1008PE ist ein POE+ Switch der 8 Geräte ohne externes Netzteil über die Lan Verkabelung mit Strom versorgen kann.Leider ist diese aber nicht passiv sondern mit einem Lüfter gekühlt, zum Betrieb am Schreibtisch ist er somit nicht geeignet sondern sollte in einem Rack verbaut werden.Die Schienen zur Montage im Rack liefert TP-Link hier gleich mit.Der Switch wurde eigentlich gekauft um mehrer TP-Link Access Points mit Strom zu versorgen (TL-WA901ND). Diese halten sich aber nicht an die POE Spezifikationen und sind nur mit den mitgelieferten POE Injektoren zu betreiben.Das ist schade kann hier aber nicht dem Switch angelastet werden, die Access Points werden nun gegen andere POE Geräte ausgetauscht.Einen Punkt Abzug gibts hier für die relativ laute Kühlung.

Per il prezzo pagato, le 8 porte POE sono un affare. Il vattaggio complessivo lo rende un prodotto a basso costo. Se si prendono in esempio i Netgear analoghi lo si paga la metà ed inoltre i Negear non offrono la stessa potenza complessiva. L'unica pecca è che non dispone di una porta Uplink perciò si deve comunque sacrificare una porta POE per attaccarlo ad un router. Prodotto comuunque ottimo.

Great POE switch - perhaps the best 8 port unmanaged POE switch available. Lots of power, no speed issues, everything works. Great for access points, cameras, phones etc, but you must set your VLANs elsewhere. The fan is noticeable, so desktop placement is perhaps not the best idea, but unobtrusive past about 10 feet.

This review concerns the TL-SG1008PE 8-Port Giagbit PoE switch, also referred to as 8 PoE Port Easy Smart. We have two of these in service powering IP cameras and wireless access points. They've been providing reliable service for months without a single hiccup. They are fanless. All 8 ports are PoE, unlike many other switches which offer PoE on only some ports. We will purchase these again, particularly when we need PoE with silent operation.
