Great buy, makes cute mini cheesecakes

These are a wonderful baking tool. The size is just right! They are not as small as mini cup cake tins and not as large as a regular cup cake tins. I would say they are a 2 bite dessert, but my husband and kids eat them in 1. Before baking I sprayed them Pam, baked them, let cool and for 10 minutes, used a knife around some of the edges to help them release, let them cool completely then refrigerated them over night. The next day they came right out with out any issues!I hand washed them as I do all my baking pans and they washed up easily. The little disks are sharp, so be aware and wash with a sponge. I love that they came with so many extra disks. I highly recommend this so if you are on the fence....go for it you will not be disappointed.

Got this to make no bake cheesecakes and it is a life saver. For this price, the quality is very good! A definite recommend!

Made mini chocolate cherry and some pumpkin cream cheese cheese cakes for our potluck. Everyone liked that they got their very own cheese cakes.

I had a disappointing experience with this product. While the ratings seemed decent before I purchased it, I decided to give it a chance despite a few negative reviews. Unfortunately, when I attempted to make flan, it didn’t turn out well. The mixture leaked everywhere when I poured it into the pan, which was frustrating since I expected it to be easier to remove the mini flans. The included tops for covering the holes did not work effectively. Additionally, I noticed that the material began to rust soon after washing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this product based on my experience.

I am a chef I have these bought these in the past from different companiesthe quality that I received from Amazon is lacking they do work it just requires adding oil to them after washing to keep them from rusting
