what is the center thickness of the pillow in inches, not the package dimensions?

Around 3 inches..it is been few years ..I am using daily in car..it is still as new

Can I use this in bed to replace my regular pillow?

I am not sure if you can use it in bed to replace regular pillows. This is very good for car seats and I am using it for few months and helps a lot while driving.

Can I use this pillow with head wing attachment? Looking for a pillow as a go between as the wings have a hard plastic bar across the headrest poles.
