An extremely effective product and superb customer service
The media could not be loaded. A word of caution on my headline – the product documentation makes clear that not all bats and bat infestations are alike. Some are more difficult and persistent, but CLEANRTH offers customer service to help tailor a solution to your particular problem. I know this to be true and wanted to describe my own experience. For a two-week period beginning in July, I had been experiencing 2-3 bats each night inside my house – the first time I’ve ever experienced this. I read everything I could find online on how to resolve the problem. Step one was watching for bat activity at dusk and saw a flurry of activity around my chimney. Inside my house, I installed bird netting to keep bats from entering through my fireplace. I also blocked-off the entranceway to my sunroom where they always seemed to gravitate. This was modestly effective at trapping them once they were inside or restricting them in one area where I could open a door or window to flush them outside, but I still had to find a solution to keep them out. After two weeks and of losing quite a bit sleep, I reached a breaking point when I heard something rustling under my desk and looked down to find one in my waste basket. Photos and videos are attached to illustrate my problem.Through videos and articles online I installed a couple exit vents at potential access points, but I several experts recommended against sealing outside entry points in June-July because it’s a birthing period and will seal juvenile bats inside (and I did find one juvenile bat crawling in my kitchen sink). Several resources recommended against ultrasonic devices, saying that they would be ineffective because bats may eventually become accustomed to the noise. CLEANRTH offers solutions for this concern, and I was willing to try anything. My CLEANRTH CB006 arrived in three days – about a week earlier than the estimated delivery window. I didn’t set it up immediately because I wanted to first review the instructions thoroughly. By the time I plugged it in that evening I had already contended with two bats in my house. It has now been ten-days since I first plugged it in, and I haven’t seen a single bat in my house since. The instructions mention that bats can be persistent, and it may take some time for the ultrasonic system to fully repel all bats, so CLEANRTH invites customers to contact them with questions or advice specific to your particular bat problem. After a few day, I wrote with a couple questions and to ask what I should expect over the next several days/weeks. CLEANRTH replied immediately with answers to my questions and recommendations for continued success. They also asked that I update them on progress to make sure my problem was completely resolved. Customer service doesn’t get any better than that. After ten-days, my home is bat-free; although I’ll keep the system running and still want to inspect and seal every square inch of the outside of my house in the Fall, so I don’t ever have to deal with this problem again. However, this system was reasonably priced and fantastically effective. I’m grateful to the CLEANRTH for both the product and a superior customer service experience. If you have bats in your home, I highly recommend you try this product and trust that when this company says they stand by their product and will help you resolve your particular bat problem, they genuinely mean it.

Cleanrth got rid of our bats on our front porch!!!
We go to our cabin every 2 to 3 weeks year round. But for quite a few years we've had bats pooping every night on our front porch which has a very protected raised ceiling above the front door and porch. I tried loud music, lights on, lights off, but nothing seemed to deter the bats from pooping on our front porch. My wife was tired of the mess and cleaning was nearly impossible spraying water and scrubbing with a broom. A friend recommended we try the bat repelling system from Cleanrth. I ordered one, read the instructions and placed it where I thought it would deter the bats. It seemed to work a little, but changing settings didn't do much. I contacted Cleanrth and explained the recurring problem and they immediately sent out another unit with different settings which I installed next to the CB006 with the recommended settings. IT WORKED THE FIRST NIGHT, NO BAT POOP THE NEXT MORNING!!!

Works great
We had bats in our attic. I stuck this in our fireplace because the bats were in the attic just above the fireplace. Within a few days the bats were gone. I unplugged it and the bats came back, so I plugged it back in and they left right away. I'm planning to just keep it plugged in for the rest of the winter.

I’m really disappointed that there wasn’t more information before I bought this
I live in a house that was built in 1859 and somewhere in the 20th century they converted it into 21 bedroom apartments and four studio apartments. It’s an odd shaped house, it’s very similar to the shape of the Addams family house except it’s a different color. Bats flying over the tower and all. The first summer I spent in the upstairs studio apartment, I had a bat that came flying out of my cupboard and at the time I had a cat that was indoor cat only, but he wasn’t up-to-date on his vaccinations so I was hysterical. Having work at the main Society. I’d seen plenty of rabies cases in my day. I like bats but when there is sweep around your framed 300 square-foot studio apartment it’s a whole other story… We figured out, however it got into the house. It got into my cupboard through a hole that the plumber had cut way too wide of a hole around a pipe, and it probably made its way up there and then out the cupboard, trying to find its way out. Anyways my landlord at the house I called him at 4 AM. He came over and got the bat released. It all was fine. Nope but that problems last summer and then it’s not even summer yet and I had a bat in my apartment a week ago except this time I have two cats in my apartment because I rescued , one cat in the neighborhood two summers ago and this bat was large and particularly hard to catch. I didn’t mean to, but I swatted it with the broom a little too hard and I think I stunned it because it went funk to the floor, but it was definitely still alive and , moving around and I got a bat or a box and slid a piece of cardboard underneath, and I ran down the stairs, not even dressed and placed the box onto the top of my car because I know they need a place to try and take off from. So the bat live to see another day , after that, I was upset knowing that we’ve obviously got bats getting into the house whether it’s once a year once every other year, it doesn’t matter to me a bat in a studio apartment when you don’t even have a door, you can close to put your animal safely in while you call for help to me that’s a problem. And what do you know I write to the owners and management company and hear nothing from them even though this is a major health hazard. I had another apartment three nights later. Except this time my cat was sick because it had contact with the bats feces I had treated at the vet and it was touch her goal for a few days but he’s OK now… so the landlord who doesn’t have much power in the situation where I live and I didn’t know what to do so we remembered using these little plug-ins when we had a small mouse problem in the apartment downstairs and they were great after a few weeks. the mice would just find someplace else to nest And the equivalent of that it says it can fit or take on the 7000 square-foot building you think OK can take on a big house. That’s not exactly the case. Once you get through the 5 million pieces of instructions they send you which are mostly welcome letters and numbers to call before you give up on their $60 product… It’s basically just a device you plug into your wall except you need to know where the nest is and where the main problem is coming from and I know that I’ve got five different points of entry where this bat or bats are coming from so how am I supposed to know where to place this thing. Plus I have birdfeeders and squirrel feeders outside my window. It’s one of the reasons I love living in this up upstairs apartment is , even though I live in the city, I love the fact that so many critters come to our yard to feed. And these devices will send squirrels and birds and chipmunks and all the other things that you might enjoy having around like I do away. So I didn’t even bother plugging it in . I put it right back in the box and I told my landlord that I didn’t sign up to have a device being plugged into my apartment sending every living creature away. Because I have high windows and every room they’re only 6 inches from the ceiling and 6 inches from the floor and I always have the screens open and I’ve got feeders on all three windows and I don’t wanna send away the animals. I enjoy so the owners of the house are gonna have to just deal with the bats and a professional manner . Maybe this is a great device for people that don’t care about animals but I do care about animals and it’s not a device that’s meant for a studio apartment. This is something that’s meant for a bar or maybe a basement but not someplace where there are people and pets and other critters that are going to be bothered by it. So I would just be aware before you purchase a $60 , 6 inch device that you have to plug into a part of your apartment unless you’re a bat whisperer no exactly where the nest is where they’re coming from you could end up being a complete waste of money so I’m a very unhappy customer and I feel completely misled by everything. I read about this product before I ordered it .
