Foetest Hummingbird Feeder for Window Small Handheld Bird Flower Feeders with Perch Cleaning Brush (2 Pack)

I bought a couple of these to use during the winter when we have only one or two hummingbirds staying around, and they’re a perfect size. Unfortunately the birds were unable to use the perch because it is too close to the feeder for them to reach the opening—it needs to be 1.5” from the hole. I made an extension using a wire tie, twisting it around one end and then wrapping it around itself several times to the other end to make it firm. I then used a couple of ties to secure a twig, and they can now perch easily.Some people mentioned that they don’t stick—the suction cup needs to be wet and the area of window clean for them to hold, and they will stay put a few weeks before needing rewetting.

I love birds and bird feeders, but unfortunately seed feeders in my situation would create the potential for rodents.So- humming bird feeders it is!Hummingbirds are wonderful, and within an hour or so of installing this one on my patio (sticking it to my window) I soon became quite popular as the neighborhood sugar source.Seriously- it's like I'm the only one around with a feeder with the frequency I see the same individuals coming back.These are great little feeders.The only criticism I have I would say is that the perch doesn't seem to be positioned properly, and they never seem to want to stand and drink.As reviews have previously pointed out, this is easily correctable by attaching your own perch a little bit closer to the feeding flower.I live in Vancouver BC, and we have predominantly Anna's hummingbirds, and less commonly seen Rufus Hummingbirds.I'm sure as hummingbirds vary in size this perch works fine with different hummingbirds from different places- depending on the species.It's a moot point anyway as it's a joy to see them fly- forwards or backwards!

These are a very poor product, the ball was broken on mine when it came, very, very small, and not a bird came to them. Don't waste your money.

Great suction- sticks well to the window. On my second season using them. Hummingbirds love them and they keep coming back. Easy to clean with the little mascara brush.
