Easy to use and change what more do you need

I bought a Marcy home gym a few months back but noticed it only came with a pull down bar and a couple awkward straps. This accessory kit truly helped unlock a ton of extra exercises for me, and now I almost only use these items. My current (beginner) routine is 10-12 chest presses, then I move over to tricep pull downs with the rope, bicep curls with the short bar, and then rows with the angled grip, repeat 4-5 times. Absolutely love this workout, definitely needed this kit for my gym! Also, the included carabiners work great!

This is a great addition to my new home gym! Each price is strong and well built. After just few exercises they show no wear and tear. I look forward to keep up my strength building.

We have an older model Bowflex that only had 1 LAT bar. This gives us so many more options! The accessories seem sturdy and well made. We're so happy with this set and being able to work more muscle groups.
