My head is 22" which isn't an abnormal size. This cap is tight and when it fits snuggly, on me, it makes it slippy, any sort of touch will dislodge it & cause it to slide up and perhaps off my head. The elastic around the underside will not stop this slide. Fortunately, I also bought similar from Geyoga and had better luck as it fit just right to fit my head and I could adjust it how I wanted without fear of it slipping off me. I also liked the colors more as it came in 4 colors, all to my liking and more vibrant than the ones from Syhood. The beanies can be worn as night hats or on the going. They are soft, comfortable, warm and stylish. Would be nice if they came in more colors. Preparing to order another set for my mother.Update: The cloth of black hat leaves can leave black type stain on pillows or bedding, if used when sleeping or laying down. It was washed prior to wearing and has been washed several time in warm water via washing machine, but still leaves stain.

Material was somewhat thin, gauzy like. Elastic in back made circumference too tight. Overall design was very voluminous, which would work for someone who wants to get their hair up out of the way. Just wasn't the right choice for me.

Want to just to keep my head warm during the night. Besides off my head so my head is still cold not as thick as I would have liked it to be. Don't need the elastic they're super big.

Totally worth it. One the best thing for covering head, especially for Muslim girls/ladies for HIJAAB. LOVE IT.
