It’s cute, it’s soft and fairly comfortable, easy to adjust headband, easy controls and mine heats nicely and evenly. The problem? The wiring is wonky. You turn it on, set your settings and it turns itself off. So far I’m able to jack with it and get it to stay on but it’s just a matter of time before it dies completely. I make sure I never fall asleep in it, just in case because there is obviously a short or damaged wire somewhere.It’s pretty cheap so I’ll just consider it Disposable and move on to a different brand next time. These things are so convenient and really do help with my chronic dry eye, so I’ll keep buying them until I find one that lasts. At least I didn’t pay $100 bucks for this one like I did my first one🙄

So impressed. Used it for the first time last night and I was surprised how hot it got. I used the High setting & set it for 15 minutes. The heat was perfect, much more effective than boiling hot water & using a washcloth (which losses its heat in mins). Very happy with this purchase.

I have problems with" dry eye". This heated eye mask has worked very well for me. My doctor recommended a hot cloth for my eyes. This mask stays warm, the temperature can be regulated to your needs. It is comfortable, stays in place without the in convenience of wet cloths that get cold very quickly. I highly recommend this mask. I use this everyday!

Too small to cover your whole eye area, returned

It is comfortable to wear and the temperature setting work great for me along with the timer.

It’s small for me.I need to cover around my eyes.

They were not comfortable. Even adjusting the adjustable straps they layed too heavy on my eyes.
