Are these candles 100% pure beeswax?

From the smell and the flexibility of the wax ....yes it is beeswax .

Can you store these in the refrigerator? My grandmama used to keep birthday candles in the fridge door

Beeswax candles do not go rancid like other candles. I don’t think you need to refrigerate, just store away from heat sources. Keep them wrapped up or in the original packaging to decrease dust on them. I still have beeswax candles from Old Salem (NC) from almost 30 years ago. I purchased these to use as wicks in crisco candles. I love them!

Burn one by one in a candle holder.

do they need to be stored in a specific way? I bought some but a couple of them are stuck together.

The candles do stick together. I make sure they are cooled down if delivered in warm weather. Then separate then in groups of 4, or 5 , or even ten or 20 at a time. If you try to separate them from the large bundle one at a time it is harder. Finally take the smaller groups and pull them apart and place then side by side in layers in a flat container/box. Store in cool dry place.
