Meh, not what I hoped but it works, kind of.
The software disk is unreadable. Tried a a couple of different drives with no luck. The resolution is pretty bad. compared with another 2mp camera with a fixed focus lens it seems to have a flaw in the lens or something.Used aftermarket software to access the images will work for bore scope work but not for really good pictures of the inside. It is about what I should expect for the price although I have seen others at this price point that are better in image capture and having supplied good support for the device.

Useful tool
The good: camera works well, variable lighting can help take better images as you can adjust for glare. The bad: the 45 degree mirror attachment was not as good as I had hoped. Camera kept taking pictures of the mirror rather than capturing the images I needed. Could be user error. Software needs to be installed from a mini cd which meant that I had to find a computer with a tray CD-ROM. Could not find website to download software directly.

Good quality, good value
I haven't had much time to work with this because the problem for which I bought this was resolved in a different way before this arrived. But I'm impressed - the materials quality is good, with the camera head being nicely machined from what appears to be stainless steel. Lighting was sufficient in dark recesses and is adjustable. What I found odd was that this was not plug and play on Linux, which usually supports these types of devices without additional drivers. I plugged it into a Windows 7 laptop and it worked without having to install drivers from the included CD. That was kind of strange. I have not tested it on other operating systems. I wonder just how waterproof it is; I haven't submerged it yet. The instruction sheet could have been more informative, but it's a simple device and you should be able to figure this out easily.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
I tried looking for several hours, with no luck on Win8.1, upgraded to windows 10, heard it was plug & play, its not. I did find a USB>>MicroUSB and managed to get my Android phone to connect using an app from the store. I also was able to use motion on a Raspberry Pi to broadcast video from the camera over IP. I just can't manage to find a good driver to use with my laptop. Good luck if you still want to buy it.

Worth the money for sure
For no more than this cost it works remarkably well. My only complaint is the cable itself need to be more rigid, in order to extend the camera to the full length of the cable it needs to be affixed to something to guide it like taping it to a yard stick..other than that it works quite well for inspecting inside of walls or other small spaces.

Great performance for the price.
The picture quality is good. The light is great. It actually works better underwater in tight spaces. So if you are trying to see things more clearly in a drain pipe or confined space, I recommend you fill it with water if at all possible. It actually seemed as if the unit could focus better underwater, which is very atypical.

Can't Guid
Not rigid at all to guide it to where you want it, can find same here on amazon for 10 bucks.

Cheap
Very poor quality software runs this thing. The camera itself runs very hot. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
