Broke after 6 uses but Chris Christensen fixed fast and free😕
Getting it fixed was easy and free.Broke after 6 uses. I'm in the middle of blow drying my giant Ling haired dog and the knob that controls the amount of air just failed. Now it only has full power which could blow my 95lb dog of the grooming table. I'm going to email the manufacturer now and will update my review depending on their response. Worked great 6 times but I expect a bit more for this price.

It is even better than the Kool Dry
Fabulous machine. It is even better than the Kool Dry. Slightly more powerful and 1/2 the size. It also adds just the right amount of warmth so the air is not either cold or hot.
