Wanting to use this for kids. Is there anything beside grout that i can use to stick these together

I’ve used mod podge in the passed. Takes a bit to dry but has a really cool glossy finish at the end. And depending on how close you put the tiles you don’t need grout. For larger gaps I like using glue and colorful sand with kids. There’s tons of ways just depends how messy you want to get.

How many different colors will you recieve?

It's a good variety of teal, yellow, gold, red, orange , navy, green and brown. I would like more reds, but it's a very good mix.
