Living In A Ghost Town is the first new original composition of the Rolling Stones in 8 years. The last studio album Blue & Lonesome, which consists exclusively of blues covers, was released in 2016 and ranked #1 on the album charts in over 12 countries, including Germany. The almost 3-year No Filter tour, which started in 2017, made it into the top 10 concert tours of all time. With over 250 million sound carriers sold, the Stones are one of the most successful music acts ever and are probably the most influential yet active rock band. Living In A Ghost Town appears physically as orange vinyl, as well as a 1-track CD version.

Wish this single was on a new album
Its an inspired single -well done Mick and Keith. I just wish it was on an album, since they have written a couple of new songs.

The Stones get Funky
Funk, the Stoners are, as Dylan said after original bassist Bill Wyman departed, no longer a rock n roll band but a funk outfit. Yes, there is a reggae feel to the verses ( but Keith has been playing off beats for years) & yes, there are some similarities to The Specials Ghostown track, but this is a slick bass driven song. Even the obligatory mashup of a chorus to give us that traditional Stones sound doesn't detract from Darryl Jones' bass playing.So how good is this? Well I enjoyed it for what it is...the biggest BRAND in the world getting down on a groove .It is certainly the best Jagger/Richards composition since...hell, too long. Great video of empty streets accompanies this, so where's the downside? Mick, this time your lyrics are a bit too contrived. Do I really need you telling me we are in a lockdown? But it gives me hope that they will perhaps pursue some more funk in the future, or how about some soul covers boys, remember Ain't Too Proud To Beg or Harlem Shuffle? BTW: unfortunately I am still awaiting my vinyl copy which is overdue!

Quality is great but I would like something on the b-side, like an instrumental version. did purchase two so I can mix them for an excited Dance Floor.Of course, the Video is fantastic for this song as well. Thanks.

Beautiful vinyl and a great song
I am not sure why this has so many 1 star reviews for only having one song, considering it is a single, and is listed as such. This is an awesome color. It has one version of Living in a Ghost Town on one side. I think it is well worth the $13. If you're a Stones fan and collect vinyl, it is a must.
