I used to use this relaxer years ago and I loved it. Then I had kids and it was no longer in my budget. My hair suffered!!!!! Fast forward, I’m back! I have 4B hair and “regular” relaxers used to be too harsh and I had to touch up my hair every 4 weeks or it would begin to break off. I used this relaxer and it makes my hair so soft and manageable and it’s been almost 3 months and I haven’t needed a touch up and my hair is healthy and nice. I highly recommend this product. Your hair will love you for it.

The product is very effective, seems to be longer lasting than others, and has not caused itching or irritation. One downside is that the instructions say that any unused relaxing cream can be saved for only 12 hours, so the product can only be used for one treatment.

This item was shipped in a regular, unpadded shipping envelope. The boxed product was undone. This item is 3 times the price of a retail relaxer and should be transported to preserve the integrity of the product. Unfortunately, I am writing a similar review to the actual manufacturer. Go figure that!

This relaxer says it's natural, well I mean if itreally is, then that's great, but upon using it, it smells just like the regular relaxers. Works well, I didn't have any breakage, but, you have to have knowledge in relaxer application to have the best results. I just hope I'm getting what I paid for!

I did work for me. Just follow the instructions to the letter and you will get expected results. I have a lot of thick hair so I relax it in the following way.I divided it in 2 sections ( center to back & center to front) then I relaxed the center to the back section first since is the thickest section ( I know takes more time but is worth it) I washed it and followed all the steps by the manufacturer after that I did the other section and left the relaxer 5 minutes LESS since the hair is not too thick in that area. This product is amazing I am a master cosmetologist and I will not use another relaxer it’s great for smoothing unruly human hair! It’s great for all hair types too! But a pro should do the work and one that is proficient in chemicals and hair texture

This is the only brand where the active ingredient actually helps my #4 hair stay in super condition. In the colder months, the Revlon dryer brush breezes through my strands. After daylight savings time, my wash and go just dries gently in the sun. I smother my ends in Carole's Daughter 7 oil blend, the day before I see my hairdresser. Straight or curly, Phytospecific #2 every 3 - 4 months is my hair must-have!

I loved this relaxer, I will use it always! I've searched for a non chemical relaxer, and here it is, finally. The straightness I want and need without harmful chemicals I am forever grateful and I will be a continued supporter of this bad ass product😀❤💛💯💯💯💯

Very nice product and no problems at all.Only just one very little issue about it is that it did burn my scalp a very little bit but not as much maybe because I have not been relaxing my hair for a good long time and I think that is why but the most very good thing about this product is that it never ever damage my hair or cut it off.Very good nice product and I will most definitely buy it again 🌹😃❤️

🚨Cuidado con este producto..!! A mi me ha quemado el pelo y he seguido todos los pasos como indica en las instrucciones.De tener una melena, he tenido que cortar y corto corto . Lo compre porque es ref. de una buena marca que se vende en la farmacia y totalmente quemado el pelo.⚠️ Mucho cuidado

De tous les kit "maison" que j'ai essayé, c'est celui qui en plus de bien deffriser mes cheveux, ne les abime pas. Phyto est une très bonne marque Française. Le produit ne m'a jamais brûlé. Je respecte les temps de pose. J'ai des cheveux très frisés et très denses. La boîte, voir la demie boîte me suffit (quand je n'ai pas beaucoup de repousses). Il lisse convenablement mes cheveux, contrairement à certains kits de bonne marque qui ne font que détendre les boucles.
