This was very easy for me to set up and use from the get-go! Yes!
I purchased my laptop so that I could use it for my devotionals in the morning, for entering my Billings that I have for the month and to track my payments made, etc etc not a lot of difficult stuff but just things that I need to track for myself it's very simple for me to use this laptop. That's what I wanted and it want something that was real high-tech that I got confused when using but yet it gives me enough space and enough of a challenge to get the job done I have enjoyed using it since the day I got it and I have been able to progress more and more I am very thankful that I have purchased it and I'm sure as time goes by I will find more and more uses for my laptop.

Decent performance and light weight should have come with hdmi port also.

Ordered 2 computers, one did not have a OS, Amazon sent a replacement and now both are perfect. These are easy to carry and set nicely on my desk.

This Chromebook is the best investment to school age students in the current environment. The processing speed in conjunction to the audio visual quality is high scale.

Quit working after 5 weeks of use
I purchased the HP on 1/6/21 and it quit working 02/16/21 and HP support has been less than helpful. I purchased as a new lap top, however, HP's records indicate the warranty was registered in October 2020. Due to this HP has been trying to skirt around their 1 year warranty. Not at all happy with the Chromebook or HP.
