For children and adults you can do two to six sprays or drops into each nostril is often as needed or as directed by a doctor. There is no use this many times every this many hours for this many days type situation isn't as needed product.

When the babies are itty bitty babies and you need to get there nasal passages wet you can turn it upside down and you don't even need to squeeze it it'll just drip into the nose, then when the baby is a little bit older and they like to fight you really bad and you can kind of get them to sit up and sit still then you just put it in there nostrils and squeeze gently and it lets out a gentle mist and I found that my daughter actually prefers that to the drops but my daughter's also a lot bigger than an itty bitty baby:-)
