So far so good
I had already installed four of them. No issues, I have the black ones, which are really nice looking. They are big depending on the amount of cables in the electric box, which could be hard to install. They work fine with the smart life, I was also able to associate them through the app for a three-way control

works without neutral wire.
It took some doing but the no neutral wire setup worked. I had my doubts but was pleasantly surprised. Alexa integration was a breeze too. overall, great product, works perfectly, looks great.

Not recommended if you're trying to solve the "no neutral wire" problem, as it created other issues.
I have an old switch with the "no neutral wire" problem. No neutral wire runs through the box so I was looking for a solution. I tried this switch. I had no issues hooking it up. I removed the two wires hooked to the current switch and connected them to the MoesGo switch. With the lack of neutral wire, the switch wouldn't have power so you have to use the capacitor included. Once the capacitor was installed, the switch worked as expected and I was able to easily add it to the Smart Life app to control.Unfortunately, the capacitor buzzes loudly when the light is on and other lights in the house started flickering when the light was on. The other lights that started flickering weren't connected to the MoesGo switch, nor were they even on the same breaker. They were on a different circuit breaker in a different part of the house. To clarify, the other lights were LED and the flicker is most noticeable if they aren't at 100% brightness, but they are all dimmer compatible and they don't flicker when the switch isn't installed. I know other people have had issues with installation, but that part went fine for me.I did reach out to the seller but maybe something was lost in translation, but they didn't seem to understand the issue, but I believe they thought the flickering lights were connected to the switch. After going back and forth with them I finally gave up as they just didn't understand and I didn't feel like going around and around in circles about lights that are on a different circuit.IF you don't have any dimmable lights in your house and if you're trying to install a smart switch in a spot that doesn't have a neutral wire, this may work for you. My concern is that if the interference created is causing other things to go crazy in the house on other circuits, it's probably not a great solution overall. I'll have to figure out something else to make this work.

Works with out Neutral Wire
Works Great without a neutral wire. It also works great with Smart Life app. The longevity of this product is yet to be determined but so far so good.

Don't buy the two gang for old work.
This only has one line input, but two load outputs. Additionally if your are trying to replace an old two gang switch, you'll have a hole in your wall, because this is only the size of a single gang plate. It's fine for new work, but don't think you're going to replace an old two gang plate with it.

Worked great... for a week
This worked well for a week. At exactly 7 days the lights started flickering and I could no longer turn them all. Going to exchange it and try once more to see if the second works better.Edit: was contacted by the company who fixed my issues. Working great again.

Works but beeps every few hours
I like the switch, and it works. But there is an annoying set of beeps every few hours. I can't contact the seller. I think that's an Amazon problem. I would like to know what the fox is for the beeps.

It works!
First off let me confirm that the switch does NOT require a white neutral wire to integrate into your "smart" house setup! I happen to use Google and once the switch connects to your network via the recommended App, you can add the device to Google Home and then voice control it. Based on that, I assume it will work just as well with Alexa!I did not give a 5 star rating for 2 reasons. First, I found the installation instructions a little confusing, but perhaps that was just me. I'm referring to a small 2-pronged device (capacitor?) that is separate from the switch and has to be wired into the system. After failing to get it right the first time (the light did respond to the switch but you could tell it wasn't working right) I took another look at the diagram provided and realized my mistake. The device must be connected inside the light fixture to provide a small current to the light switch. Upon making that change and testing the switch, everything worked fine! The second problem, and perhaps it won't happen to you, was the new switch is slightly wider than a standard metal electrical junction box installed in my house. I even checked it on a new junction box that had never been installed, and I switch would not fit! To solve the problem I went to a local hardware store and purchased a PVC/Plastic junction box so that the metal connection screws (located on the side of the switch) would not ground out if they came in contact with the junction box. That solved the problem, but it certainly took me more than 5 minutes to remove the existing box and install the new one without having to repair the wall afterwards!Overall, I am pleased with the device and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart switch that does not require a neutral wire. Just be aware of the two issues I identified and, if you are comfortable tackling the issues if they arise, then go for it and buy this item.
