Do the teeth look like they do in the picture or what?

Yes, the masks look just like pictured. Bought them twice for my husband as after a couple of washes the threads are getting pulled here and there. I would recommend using mesh laundry bag for delicates if you plan to wash them in your washing machine.

Can a 6 year old wear this?

Yes I would think so, not very well made but it would good for a costume.
