I have been a fan of Coleman steel water bottles for years because of their ingenious drinking spout. Why? You only need press a button with ONE finger, they don't leak, and in Coleman's steel bottles they keep cold very cold for hours! I talk about Coleman as it appears Contigo and Coleman are owned by the same mother company and have VERY similar drinking spouts. This Contigo bottle has a great simple one handed 1 finger needed spout...doesn't leak, and if you care, comes in a few very nice colors. For travel...via airplane, or sometimes even long walks I prefer a much less heavy plastic btl vs the heavier steel ones. This Conigo's drinking spout is wonderful....no straws to clean, no leaks, can always use this one handed unlike SO many other brands where you need two hands, priced very well. Really just about THE perfect water bottle if you want a lighter plastic one...

This is the second one I've purchased. They are wonderful, easy to use and clean and never drip or spill. I take mine everywhere I go!

This is the first water bottle that I've found for my kids that has all the things I'm looking for. It's dishwasher safe, rarely (if ever) leaks, and has an easy to use valve that they can manage on their own at school, etc. Also, it's bigger than most "kids" water bottles, which allows them to take more water with them that usually lasts throughout the school day. It functions very well, and I like that the spout is not made of silicone. My younger son tends to chew on silicone spouts or straws, and then we have to replace them or throw the water bottle away all together. The water bottle fits easily into the pouches on the side of their backpacks, too, and it seems to be pretty durable. We've had them for about 6 months now, and they're going strong! It's easy for them to hold. It was a great purchase, and I would definitely buy again!

The best thing I like about my new Contigo water bottle is that if it tips over or falls, it doesn’t spill. It holds 3 cups of liquid (24 oz.) it also doesn’t crack or break when it falls-but it’s plastic-I’m not going to slam it with all my might onto a concrete slab! A drop from a significant height may crack it, too, but I’d say it is of greater than normal durability.I love the self-closing latch on a he top that prevents accidental spillage and it also has a safety latch so it can’t accidentally be opened. The top screws off and will unlatch and sit on the top shelf of the dishwasher so the inner workings can get cleaned.I find it comfortable to hold onto and it also fits in a standard car cup holder.Does it keep my water cold longer? Perhaps, but I’m not sure. It seems durable.I labeled mine with my name and phone number in case it accidentally gets left somewhere. I WANT IT BACK! I like it a lot.Downside: I’d like it to hold more water, but it fills easily enough, so that’s not a big problem.

Best water bottle. Great seal, leak proof, easy to carry and lightweight. I don't understand why people buy 'Heavy' stainless steel bottles. This bottle has all the right features that are needed for everyday use.

This water bottle is my go-to to keep up on my water intake. I had one for years but needed to replace it so I searched high and low and found these with such relief. I love this color and the auto-seal is the reason I use this version. Am I possibly nuerodivergent and need specific things for daily functions? Possibly. Will I always look for this type of Contigo when I need to replace my current one? Definitely. Well worth the price, the quality is great and it completes me.

Great bottle. No leaking. Reasonable price. Easily washable in dishwasher. Fits in cupholder which is huge plus. Easy to hold as it is not too big.
