I've NEVER had any issues with my Keurig UNTIL I used this product! I don't understand what it did, but it did something to it to where after I followed instructions to a T, I brewed coffee, but noticed as it was brewing, it was also backflowing water into the reservoir! First time it's ever done that too. So, I had to run the Keurig twice to just get a full cup.Come the very next morning, I go to brew my morning cup of coffee, lo and behold, it won't even turn on now!! I'm so angry!! I've never had issues with my Keurig before I used this stuff. I'm so upset bcuz now I have to go and purchase a new one, all because I was trying a new product! Save your machine and DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT!

If I could I would give ZERO stars. I bought this for my only 2 month old Keurig K-Supreme coffee maker.I used half the bottle, as per the instructions, and followed all directions. When I started to run clear water through as instructed, smoke came out from under the k-cup area, then my Keurig wouldn't function , it wouldn't even power on, my only 2 months old Keurig is dead!! This product is advertised as safe to use in Keurig coffee makers, but beware.

1 full reservoir descaling along with 1 full reservoir brewing without coffee pods and I still get small particles in my cup.The cleaning pods are also terrible: they don’t drain completely, make sure you take it out carefully or it leaks everywhere.I’ll try simple vinegar next time.

I’ve used both descalers and vinegar in my machine, but the pod cleaner really appealed to me. My machine was overdue for a good cleaning and it was coming through in the coffee taste. I was shocked out what came out. I feel like since we stopped buying pods and started filling our reusable plastic pods with coffee it’s gotten ‘dirtier’ for lack of a better description. This product is much better than using vinegar, which I’m a huge believer in for cleaning most everything, but my machine needed something more powerful. I will subscribe to this as a reminder to do get in the habit of doing it every 3 months. Definitely recommend.

Ive used this descaler before on its own so I knew it worked.. so I would buy the descaler from this company and buy the coffee pods cleaner from another and that adds up.. So I was glad to see I could save money when they offered it together as a kit and it's two uses so you get a few months of cleaner it's affordable and it works.
