just to warn everyone, these enzyme and vitamin supplements are not evaluated for safety by the fda, I had only 1 pill and ive been in bed ever since, nausea, yellow loose stools, fever and chills for 2 days now, I took them so they can wash out any remaining gluten from my gut but technically I didn't eat gluten on that day, I think they were contaminated with bacteria or something because it's like I got food poisoning, worst waste of money ever
