Rx Bio 100bp DNA Ladder is dissolved in storage and loading buffer, which is a convenient ready-to-load format, and can be directly applied onto an agarose or non-denaturing polyacrylamide gels. The DNA Ladder contains the following 11 discrete fragments (in base pairs): 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000 and 1500bp .The recommended volume for each lane is 5µL, and the amount of 500bp is about 100ng/µl (the demonstration bright fragment), and the other each fragment is about 50ng/µl.
