Decent Quality, Runs Big
This was a good buy, however it does run big. My daughter wears a 4T comfortably (37lbs, 38" tall), and the 3/4 was too big around the body. If it weren't for it having a tie in the back, I would have had to return for a smaller size. But I was able to tie the bow in the back and it looked ok.

This dress-
This dress is amazing. I really do like it but one thing I dislike is what it looks like without the thing under it. I find it amazing how it looks and how it fits I just suggest getting a size smaller is better if you have a small torso. It’s great overall. I also suggest buying an under dress puffer- (So that the dress can look just like the picture it shows.) It looks clumsy without the dress puffer to be honest. I really do like the dress. The dress is precious! The reason why I really don’t like the dress without the dress puffer is because the dress isn’t fluffy and puff out like the picture showed. This dress is very nice and good. It doesn’t itch at all! (On the shoulders it does.)— That shouldn’t really matter though. Overall I suggest buying this dress if your thinking about it. (The dress puffer doesn’t come with the dress.)

Isn't true to size
I ordered two of these for our daughters birthday photos. Both girls a 9/10. This dress is so large that if I could get into it the length would be perfect and I am 5 foot tall. The bodice is very big. More like a 14/16 or almost a size 18 girls. Now we have two dresses in emerald green and purple that we cannot use. The tulle is not the safe as it reflects in the photos either. Very crisp. I have ordered dresses before off Amazon and they were beautiful. These cannot be returned as I checked.
