I loved this. I like to add it to my coffee in the morning and this keeps me going till about lunch time. The amount I bought was perfect to keep me in the breakfast coffee for about a month and this size of the container is great for storage of craft things after as well. I feel like the mixture of the vitamins and minerals in it help me to keep my cravings under control, and helped me to not be hungry in between meals. If you are mixing with coffee but doing that take a moment as you have to mix it in a little at a time. I did try to mix it in a shakers cup but it got hot and the lid blew open, so what I did to mix this in coffee was use a small whisk. Mixing this product with milk, or water was really great for lunch, it was not too thick no matter what I mixed it with it was a nice texture and flavor. I love chocolate. overall it has great mixability and the quality was great.

I've been doing keto on and off for about five years. I've tried a variety of keto shakes, snacks, and supplements in that time. This shake is my new go-to and the best shake of all that I've tried. I use it both as a meal replacement and as a snack to curb junk food cravings. Each time I restart a keto diet or reduction in junk food/sugar, I struggle with sticking to it. The DAY I started using this shake, I was able to adhere to the diet again. (Diet as in way of eating, not necessarily weight loss). I happen to be losing weight now because I had been in a habit of eating poorly for about six months. But I plan to continue using this shake even when I reach my goal weight. First off - the carb cravings are dramatically reduced with this shake. I also feel legitimately satisfied with it for hours, where some other shakes leave me still feeling hungry. I even feel satiated with one scoop, and it calls for two. I get energy and ability to concentrate with this shake. I also feel an increase in overall calmness and happiness (this is usually the case when I eat fewer sugars, but especially noticeable with this shake). No bloating! I had switched to Garden of Life's Keto Shake after Ancient Nutrition's Keto Feast was discontinued. The Garden of Life shake would help me lose weight over time, but did not do much to curb cravings and made me bloat like crazy. I felt like Regina George eating Calteen bars. Keto Feast hadn't made me bloat, so I knew it was possible for a high fat shake to not cause bloating and that's how I ended up trying this shake. Flavor: absolutely the best of any keto or protein shake I've tried over the years. No weird flavors. It tastes exactly like Coco Puffs. Garden of Life had tasted like birthday cake a bit, but still had that protein shake vibe. Keto Feast had tasted honestly like garbage, but had worked well. So this shake tasting great and working well makes me very happy. Quantity - this container seems to be lasting me longer than the Garden of Life containers did. They both come with their own scoops, and I've never measured what the respective scoops hold in terms of volume, but this one seems to have more "scoops"/servings per container. It is also less expensive. Weight loss - wow. I definitely wanted to lose a few pounds after having been eating poorly for six months. After a week my stomach looks significantly smaller and more toned. I haven't restarted my exercise regimen yet either. After three days of using this, a relative literally asked if I'd been working out because she said I looked much thinner the day I saw her. I replied I was shocked to hear she could already tell a difference because I'd only been eating differently for a few days. (This confirms for me all the more that the old shake was causing some bloat because I don't think it was just lost weight that made the difference.) I've waxed poetic in past reviews about how great I feel on keto. I won't here, but in general if you feel sick often, especially after eating sweets on an empty stomach, if you get fatigued after meals, if you have trouble regulating blood sugar, etc. you might want to look into keto or at least reducing sugars and simple carbs. A shake like this can help with meal times when you need something quick or when you are out and about and not near healthy food options. Overall - for the price and because of how great this works for me, I'd say it's well worth the try if you're on the fence with trying this one. I'm really glad I finally pulled the trigger on buying a new brand.

Tastes great as a cold shake or mixed with the morning brew. Mixes well. No settling. Filling. Only complaint is the container isn’t much more than half full. Seems a waste of excess plastic and misleading as far as container size to product volume ratio goes.

Very pleased with both flavors. Being keto can be a challenge, I just wanted it simple at home with all the going out for Thanksgiving and Christmas! I’ve had 2 shakes almost every day, sometimes in my decaf coffee, my Crio Bru or chai tea. It’s been great and easy.
