The quality of product was wonderful I ordered for myself
I purchase this product for my brother who’s been hospitalized for 3 months and wasn’t able to bath himself, so once he returned home he was able to wipe all that dead skin off, with out damaging his skin

Poor design but can make it work with proper manipulation
It was okay a little rougher than necessary & the mitt opening is awkward & uncomfortable. You can use as a regular loofah just be gentle.
