Es un producto muy bueno. Realicé un análisis del agua luego del filtrado con este producto y los resultados fueron excelentes. Si bien la calidad del agua resultante depende mucho de la composición del agua original, puedo decir que, conforme a los resultados del análisis y el aspecto y sabor del agua, este filtro cumple con las especificaciones indicadas.

Second update 7/17/23To be fair, I have found that another high quality filter (Envig 4C) did not filter the chlorine taste from my water recently either, just as the KX filter did not. This is the first time this has happened, so I believe our local water service for our town is dumping excess amounts of chlorine to treat the water. And the only thing you can do when this happens, apparently, is to filter the water as usual, and then leave it sit in an open container, preferably in the refrigerator, and the chlorine taste will usually dissipate in time.Or you can go out and buy some Bottled Spring Water, like I did, so you have something your family can drink now, while the other water you put in the refrigerator loses the chlorine taste. But that's not foolproof, as I just took a sip of the cold water I had poured out from mine, and it still tastes like chlorine! Yech!Edited to update 7/6/23, downrated to 2 stars from 3 previously.I bought a two pack of these KX PB1 filters from Isopure Filters, and used the first one with no problems. It was doing it's job for a good while (6 months or more), and then I had to change it recently after I noticed a taste change in the water. I put the second filter in, and used it for only a week or two, and all of a sudden, it wasn't filtering the chlorine taste out. I consider that a basic job of any water filter, let alone one that is supposed to be better in filtering many health risks from the water, like the KX PB1 here is supposed to do. I don't know, maybe there was an overload in our town water system of chlorine dumped in on a holiday weekend, but that is possible. Still, it let that chlorine taste come though.All I know is that I won't be buying these again, and the seller was no help either, only saying I should have my water tested. What is the point of that if I can taste the chlorine? So I ordered another filter on Amazon, the Envig 4C Catalytic Carbon Composite Filter and I'm waiting for it to be delivered today. It's more expensive, yes, but if your filter doesn't do it's job, it's not worth whatever you spend on it.Original review here:Description says clear as day, in bold letters: MADE IN USA, yet, on the label, in the tiniest print available, on the very bottom right of the label, it says Made In India now. I believe the last time I bought these it was still made in the USA, but maybe not! Just saying it in a description does not make it true, and is a shabby way of selling. That is why I rated these only 3 stars, even though their function may be as good or as safe now being made in India, I have no idea though. But I would rather it was made here, for sure. It seems hardly anything is made here still, too bad for us.

This is a quality filter that takes out chlorine, vocs, heavy metals, waterborne cysts, and particulates out of the water. I've been using this filter for years and it's a good filter

I like these filters never had a water condition or a water taste problem and these newer filters are even better then they were years ago. I've been using these filters about 17 years can't go wrong using them, I use a lot of water through it drinking, cooking just about everything but showering because this particular filter its a counter top filter I have. IT lasts me a year or better most of the time I change it before it slows down.

I ordered the KX MATRIKX Pb1 filter from WaterFiltersOnline December 2019. That stock was still labeled "Made in USA". It is of different (a bot more modern and sleeker) construction and slightly skinnier than the filter I got from the same vendor 8 years ago. (Just went through my old stock.) Comparing them the flow rate is equally fast, and clear from the beginning. We currently have good water (not much chlorine) and the new and old filter taste is not (much) different from tap. So I can't tell if it is really doing much. (I have a TDS meter but generally our tap water has low TDS to start with and this filter is not meant to reduce TDS.)

I used to sell water filtration systems, these are the best filters on Amazon for portable systems, significantly better than ones costing just a little less.

About once a year I buy a box of 200 eyeglass lens cleaners. These do a great job. I do my glasses and phone with one sheet!! I’ve ordered several times and will continue.
