Q: Does they came with wires and fuse all kit ? Or I need to purchase separately??? I meant is ready for mount ?

All wiring (looong) and switch to dash included! Fuse included too you can conect it to your fuse box or direct to battery Awesome lights!

Q: Is the wiring harness made by Baja Designs?

Im not sure if it’s made by Baja designs but it’s the same one they sell.

Q: Are these outrageously bright? Brighter than xenon bulb projectors? Want to install them in my truck for high beam use but only if they are brighter

These are extremely bright somewhere around 10,000 lumens each. However they aren’t road legal so if you want to use them as high beams on the roadways I wouldn’t recommend. If you want to use them for off-road high beams then I would say get them.
